Updates and Modifications to COVID-19 Citizen Science

Thank you for all your help studying the COVID-19 pandemic! This is a new disease, and your participation, ideas, and survey responses have contributed to our understanding of what COVID-19 is and how to reduce its impact in the world.

As the COVID-19 pandemic recedes (at least in the US), we’re moving into a new phase of the COVID-19 Citizen Science Study. We’re reducing the number of surveys we ask you to respond to, and refocusing questions to what remains most important for us to track and study. There are still huge unknowns about what will happen with COVID-19 variants, whether there will be another surge in Fall/Winter, and how influenza and other viruses might make a comeback.

We are going to need your help. We want to know what YOU think is most important to keep studying, and where YOU think the biggest risks are. Please keep an eye out for a new “Pandemic Check-In” Survey, coming in about a month. And keep those survey responses coming.

Thanks for your ongoing participation!
