CHI is a collaboration between patients, providers, and researchers contributing to the future of adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) care. The goal of this study is to better understand the ACHD experience in order to improve patient outcomes.
Contribute your voice and power discoveries! Answer a few questions about you, your medical history, your quality of life, and check back in every 4 months. You are eligible to participate if:
- You have been diagnosed with congenital heart disease or congenital heart defect.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are able to complete surveys independently (on your own without help from others)
